How much are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping within Germany costs 4,95 €.
(Look out for advertised promotions free shipping within DE).
From 100,00 € order value the shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.
Standard shipping within Europe costs 13,99 €.

Why do I have to pay shipping costs?
Since we are a small start-up, we can unfortunately not (yet) afford to pay the shipping costs for you like the big ones. ☹

From when is the shipping free?
From 100.00 € value of goods, we take over the shipping costs for you throughout Germany. For shipping within Europe, we can not yet offer this.

How will my shipment be sent?
We ship your order within Germany and Europe with DHL as a package.
You will receive an email from us with the tracking link and a tracking number, so you can track your package live.

How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time with DHL is usually a maximum of three to five working days within Germany. When shipping to other European countries, delivery times are correspondingly longer.



QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ORDER

How and where can I order?
Orders are via our online store, via the store function on Facebook or our retail partners.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
However, from an order value of 100,00 € we will give you the shipping costs for free.

Do I have to create an account to be able to shop?
No, you do not need a customer account to shop with us.
We offer orders even without registration of a customer account.

How can I pay with you?
For your order from Germany and Europe you can choose between the following payment methods:

How do I get an invoice for my order?
For the sake of the environment, you will receive your invoice only digitally with the order confirmation.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How do I send a return?
Of course we take back unused and original packed PIKAPAK® within 14 days, without giving reasons.
Please send your return to the following address:
PIKAPAK UG,  Weberstraße 30, 60318 Frankfurt, Germany.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns at the moment.
OUR TIP: PayPal refunds the return shipping costsIf you pay with PayPal, you will get the money for the return shipping back: Activate the "Free Returns" service at PayPal once and you will get the refund of the shipping costs for worldwide purchases - up to 25 Euro, up to twelve times a year.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will get your money back. The credit will always be issued in the way you have chosen as payment method.

How do I take care of my PIKAPAK®?
PIKAPAK® is mainly made of cotton and therefore easy to care for. If it ever gets wet, you can simply hang it up to dry. If it gets dirty, just rinse it with lukewarm water.



What to do in case of heavy soiling?
We recommend hand washing with mild detergent.
